Our pupils are split into three house groups, Dowse, Fripp and Steele. During the week merits are awarded for excellent work and good behaviour and manners. In Celebration Assembly each Friday, individuals who have amassed the highest total in the week can choose a stationery item from the rewards box. All of the pupil's individual points are collected and totalised. The winning house group is rewarded with 15 minutes of extra play time at the end of one lunch. At the end of each half term a cup is presented to the house with the highest points collected. The house colours are added to the cup which is then displayed in reception.

Each week one child is selected per class for a certificate of recognition for outstanding contribution. Parents are notified the previous day so that they can come along to the assembly. At the end of each half term cups are awarded for handwriting and achievement, and at the end of the school year, three major cups are awarded for excellence in maths, literacy and science.
